The Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. entered into and completed the warranty contract for the instant apartment as follows: (b) on August 4, 2004, the guaranty creditor is the head of the Busan Metropolitan City North Korea-Gu, which entered into each of the following warranty contracts for the instant apartment as follows: (a) the Defendant Seoul Guarantee Insurance Co., Ltd. entered into each of the warranty contracts for the instant apartment (hereinafter referred to as the “first warranty contract”) and issued each of the warranty bonds as follows:
