Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Where the above fine is not paid, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is between the victim B (n, 38 years of age) and the de facto marital couple.

At around 17:00 on May 3, 2020, the Defendant committed assault by taking the head debt of the victim on the ground that there was a dispute over the issue of raising the victim and children in the ward of the Busan-gu Busan-gu C building D, Busan-gu, and by taking the head of the victim beyond the floor and taking the body of the victim on the ground that the victim's head was frightened.
