Punishment of the crime

Defendants are married couple who were in a de facto marital relationship from early 2012, and victims D (196 birth) and victims E (198 birth) are children of Defendant A’s B’s children and their relatives.

1. Defendant A

A. On August 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes (Habitual Injury) committed an assault against the victims, or committed an assault against the victims at least 11 times in total, as shown in the attached Table 1 of the Crimes in the annexed Table 1, on the following occasions: (a) around 22:00 on the first day of August 201; (b) around 6:50 on the Defendant’s dwelling place; (c) the head and arms of the victim E (the age of 15 at the time), using the gallera; (d) the head and arms of the victim E (the age of 15 at the time), using the gallera; and (d) the head and the galle in the body of the victim, making the victim escape from the head after going through a series of times; and (e) making the victim enter the body at night; and (e) from that time, until October 2015, the victims committed an assault against the victims.

Accordingly, the defendant committed a crime of child abuse, carrying dangerous objects habitually, causing bodily injury to the victim.

B. From June to July 2012, the Defendant violated the Child Welfare Act (Habitual child abuse) committed 14 times in total until February 2015, 2015, as shown in the attached Table 2, the Defendant, at around 22:00, the victim E (the age of 14 at that time) on the ground of a fire in the front of the above residential area, “I do not think that she would not she would be a her foot.” The Defendant, using her hand floor and clothes, made the victim take a hole of his/her head and line, she booms the victim, kids the victim, cut the victim’s water, cut the victim at the front, and engaged in emotional abuse that may injure the child’s body or physical health and development, as well as emotional abuse that may injure the mental health and development of the child.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually committed physical and emotional abuse.

C. The Defendant habitually injured with special injury is the daylight in February 2015.
