A. On October 199, the Defendant promoted a project to create a Gun’s daily sports park and a natural learning place on five parcels outside Yeongdeungpo-gun E, Young-gun. The project site includes a 6223m2 and a 6819m3m2 in the field of the project.

B. The Defendant is an incorporated foundation B and the F Business Association F, which was the owner of each of the above lands, where B had the beginning of the religious order, and the JJJ in Yong-Nam-gun.
