A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

B On August 17, 2019, the Committee organized a group of 46 North Korean defectors' organizations in order to identify the truth and to urge countermeasures to prevent recurrence of the case of Goo-Ma C. Around that time, the Committee planned to establish two branch offices in front of the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D building and to implement a press conference, assembly and demonstration centered on the center of the two branch offices, and to lead to the activities such as the C mother's private identification, and the organization of the consultative body to prevent recurrence.

At around 13:00 on October 3, 2019, the Defendant participated in the “F” conference held in front of the building in Seoul, and the above assembly took place with 150 participants, such as bonus, etc., and took place with the D building where the said branch office is installed from the place of the assembly and took place with 13-gil 45 of the same roof.

The defendant, along with the above participants in the assembly, occupied an exclusive lane from 15:00 on the same day, and tried to enter the zone from 15:00 on the same day, but the police, at the time, installed a safety pen (the height is equivalent to 1.7m, steel agents, and arching materials) on the road before the voluntary collection point in order to prevent the demonstration team, etc. from spreading into the zone with the lux, and to maintain public order.

As a result, G (C) organized the above assembly (as of December 13, 2019, sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment, 2010, 2 years of suspended execution, 21th day of the same month) instigated “A person as Cheongju” and, at the same time, instigated the police in a large range over two (3.6m in length, 3.6m in width, and 2m in width) from the bonus for the assembly in the front of the safety pents, and instigated the other participants to have a strong bonus. At the same time, the Defendant used violence, such as 20 participants listed in other assemblies in the safety pents simultaneously or in parallel with 20 other participants at the safety pents, pushing the police officer’s health, and destroying the police officer’s body above the police officers.

Accordingly, the defendant is the other participants in the assembly.
