On July 11, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon Branch on July 11, 2017, and completed the enforcement of the sentence in the Daegu Prison on January 6, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On April 6, 2019, the Defendant was driving a Fpoter Ⅱ vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 30 meters of alcohol level from the road front C in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, to the front road located in D at the same time, around 18:38, 2019.

As a result, the defendant violated the prohibition of drinking driving at least twice, driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol in violation of the above provision, and simultaneously driving a motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;

A. On March 29, 2019, at around 18:12, 2019, the Defendant driven FF truck in the section of approximately 6.91 km without obtaining a driving license from Kimcheon-si G to the I Hospital located in Kimcheon-si.

B. On April 2, 2019, at around 07:14, the Defendant driven F Cargo Vehicles at approximately 6.58 km section without obtaining a driving license from Kimcheon-si G to Kimcheon-si J market.

C. On April 3, 2019, at around 07:05, the Defendant driven F Cargo Vehicles at approximately 6.58 km section without obtaining a driving license from Kimcheon-si G to Kimcheon-si J market.

On April 26, 2019, the Defendant did not obtain a driver's license from Kimcheon-si G to the mutual Buddhist veterinary hospital located in Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si, and 4.06 km.
