Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall unfasten recklessly a dog or other animal which has a harming people or livestock, or unfastenably unfasten the dog or other animal, or cause such dog or animal to do so.

Nevertheless, at around 17:30 on March 22, 2020, the Defendant laid down a miscellaneous 1 set, which is the ownership of the Defendant, and did not properly look at it.
