Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 3, 2018, the Defendant had the said opening return to the victim B, even if the Defendant owned the Defendant, because he did not have a title to Liber 1 Mar. 2, 2018, within the housing park for the head of the Gu/U.S. Singu, Singu, Singu, Singu.

The defendant laid down a dog or other animal with a harming people or livestock without permission, or failed to keep such dog or animal properly.

Article 3(1)25 of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act provides that "a dog or other animal that causes harm to people or livestock shall be laid down without permission or shall not be taken into account properly" as one of the minor crimes.

According to the above evidence, it is recognized that the defendant was able to take a dog while drinking water while drinking water, and then the dispute arose because the above dog reaches the victim's right, and that the victim was able to take a bath and assault against the defendant.

Therefore, as long as it is recognized that the defendant's opening of a line was not properly examined, it was not directly damaged by the victim, even if the above opening was not a blind dog.

However, it is reasonable to view that the crime falls under the category of minor crimes stipulated in the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act.
