Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On February 4, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months at the Busan District Court on February 4, 2016 and the judgment became final and conclusive on June 21, 2016.

On October 4, 2015, around 09:35, the Defendant was on the street in front of the Public Security Center in the Eastern Police Station, which was located in the name of Busan Dong-dong, 112-ro 112, the name of the Defendant: (a) on the ground that the victim C and the police officer of the Dong Police Station B, who was dispatched after receiving a report from 112 that the Defendant was in the front of the above center, was on the street; and (b) on the ground that the victim C and the victim D was informed of the Defendant and asked the victims for his personal information, “We, I, I, C, C, I, and C, whose personal information is inside the personal information.
