Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), a summary order of KRW 2 million for the same court on July 2, 2010, and a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the same court on January 13, 2012, and a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same court on January 13, 2012.

Criminal facts

On 11:02 on 23, 2017, the Defendant driven a passenger car with B low alcohol content of about 0.180% while under the influence of alcohol content at approximately 2-3 km from the front of the 3rd-distance 785-2 new concrete (ju) in front of the same city, from the spopon-si (Spopon-si) to the spopon-road of the same city.
