Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a member of the club, who operated the “C” in the Gyeong Young-gun, and was a victim E (n, 27 years of age), F (n, 23 years of age), G (n, 26 years of age) and scood ice ice ice ice ice ice in the Haak-gun, and was lodging in the above Haak-gun.

1. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On June 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 00:30 on June 24, 2018 (the “12:30” stated in the written indictment refers to the clerical error in the “00:30” and (b) around 02:0 on the same day, the Defendant had the victim’s right to commit an indecent act against the victim E during the victim’s left hand while sitting in I, J and drinking in the side of E; (c) had the Defendant’s hand on the victim’s left hand, on which he is indicating the chair; and (d) had the victim E cut off his left hand to the victim E’s buckbucks; (e) had the victim E put his hand on the victim’s left hand and bucks; and (e) had the victim E put his hand on the victim’s left hand and bucks.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim E by force.

B. At around 02:20 on the same day, the Defendant had the mind to commit an indecent act against the victim E in the stairs between the two and the third floor of the Riart, had the victim E return the victim E, and had the victim E take the left hand of the victim E, carried the victim’s left hand with the left hand, sealed the victim E with the victim’s right hand, and pushed the victim E with the victim’s hand, and tightly fit the victim E.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim E by force.

2. At around 03:00 on the same day, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by compulsion by force) opened an entrance in which the victims are diving and enter the entrance into the entrance, which is not corrected by the said H H H H H H H H H H H H H H H which the victims are diving, and discovered the victim F who is in a state that it is impossible to resist because he is diving, and set the victim F a locked up to the lower end of the victim F.

Accordingly, the defendant is in the room possessed by the victims.
