Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who has worked as a child care teacher in flowers-gu D Child Care Center in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, as a child care teacher.
No person without a report by a child school shall commit any physical abuse against a child under his/her care, which may injure the body of the child under his/her care, or injure the physical health and development of the child or emotional abuse that may injure the mental health and development of the child.
1. From around 09:48 on June 1, 2017 to 10:31 of the same day, the Defendant committed the crime against the victim E (hereinafter referred to as the “victim E”) makes the victim E (1) with drinking water within the said D Child Care Center C C’s flowers leafs class, and put them over the floor.
