1. Around June 24, 2018, the Defendant embezzled as he/she thought that he/she had without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring verification ELG5 mobile phones equivalent to KRW 800,000,00 in the market value of his/her ownership, which was lost by the victim H, from the separate collection place of G apartment in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and returning it to the victim.

Around June 26, 2018, the Defendant purchased 23,000 won Hen’s compact book using the cell phone in the name of the victim H I, as set forth in paragraph (1), by entering the cell phone certification number, etc. without authority, after entering the cell phone certification number, etc. into the cell phone small-sum settlement method.
