Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around the first floor conference room of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment management office; and (b) even though the victim D, the head of the management office, sold the container of the parking lot to those who are not the occupants of the apartment, the Defendant is parked without permission by entering the stm apartment on the site of D, E, F, etc., and without permission.

The head of the management office sold to outside people a baby that can enter the apartment.

Therefore, the director of the management office shall be well prepared.

At the representative meeting of occupants, “the conclusion is presented,” thereby impairing the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.

2. On January 20, 2016, the Defendant did not sell a parking lot mar to a non-resident by the victim D, the head of the management office, to the non-resident of the apartment. However, even though the victim D, the head of the management office, sold the mar container to the non-resident of the apartment, the Defendant did not have a parking lot at the low level even though the head of the management office office sells the marcon to the outside resident.
