[Defendant A] Imprisonment with prison labor for eight months

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. If the Defendants wish to receive monthly salary and working environment improvement expenses for child care centers violating the Infant Care Act, they must continue to work for not less than 6 hours but not more than 8 hours before and after the relevant hours, including working for not less than 19:30-21:30 on the ordinary day.

Defendant C would have worked for at least six hours a day, and received monthly salary and working environment improvement expenses from the competent Gu office. Defendant C, the president of E Child Care Center, in collusion, received subsidies of KRW 44,403,00 won in total over 31 times in total by fraud or other improper means, even though Defendant C actually worked for at least three hours and thirty minutes a day on March 25, 2015, through the Internet childcare integration site operated by Defendant C, and received KRW 1.2 million in monthly salary and working environment improvement expenses, and paid KRW 90,000 among them to Defendant C. From September 2017, the Defendants received subsidies of KRW 44,403,000 in total by fraud or other improper means, such as the list of crimes (1) in attached Form 31.

2. Violation of the Infant Care Act by the defendant A;

A. The Defendant and G, who violated the Infant Care Act due to the false registration of infants and young children, made payments for monthly user fees of childcare centers using the right to use childcare services from the State (child welfare card) to the infant’s guardian, using the fact that G’s child F (1 tax) is falsely registered as E-care center infant care infant(child), and that G’s child F (1 tax) will receive monthly user fees of childcare centers from December 1, 2016 to June 5, 2017, while Defendant A, in fact, entered the infant F in the register and attendance book, personal records, and support system for childcare centers of son, as if he actually took care of the infant and young children while having not completed the registration and attendance, entered them falsely on the child care card, and G is a child care center card (child care service right).
