As to the crimes of Nos. 1 and 2, the defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for 6 months and by imprisonment with prison labor for the remaining crimes in the ruling.

Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On June 28, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on July 6, 2012 in the Daejeon District Court’s Branch for the crime of larceny, and the judgment became final and conclusive on July 6, 2012.

【Criminal Facts】

1. At around 14:00 on October 1, 2010, the Defendant: (a) cut off the victim F in the E market located in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) one drying line equivalent to 25,000 won at the market price of the victim owned by the Defendant; and (c) one electric panty, the market price of which is equivalent to 80,000 won at the market price of the victim owned by the Defendant; and (d) 12 Spanty, the market price of which is equivalent to 300,000 won at the market price, and 200,000 won at the market price.

2. At around 14:00 on March 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with 36 clothes equivalent to 566,80 won at the market price of the victim-owned land owned by the victim I located in the H market located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; and (b) committed a theft with 36 clothes equivalent to 566,800 won.

3. Around 20:00 on September 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with 180,000 won (18,000 won) and 10,000 won (50,000 won) and with 10,000 won (50,000 won) and 50,000 won (50,000 won (hereinafter “M”).

4. At around 20:00 on September 17, 2013, the Defendant stolen 10 black sugars equivalent to 50,000 won at the market price of the victim owned by the victim N in the E market located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu.

5. On November 13, 2013, around 19:00 on November 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) took a theft with a shelter having clothes equivalent to KRW 700,000, the market price of the victim’s possession in the E market located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Seoul; and (b) took a theft.

6. Around 17:00 on November 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft with six (6) destroyed volume equivalent to KRW 80,000 at the market price of the victim-owned land owned by the victim in the E-market located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu; (b) around 17:00.

7. On November 24, 2013, the Defendant is the victim in the E market located in Dong-gu, Nam-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, around 18:00.
