A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 9,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was appointed as Grade 10 on April 1, 1991 to Grade 8 public officials in charge of technical control over the violation of public order in paragraphs (D), (e), and (f) and maintenance of port facilities, and support for the receipt of the entry into and departure from the port of Korea, while serving at the Tong-gu Port Management Office in the Gyeongnam Port Management Office from April 1, 2009 to the Gyeongnam Port Management Office.

1. On November 25, 2009, the Defendant received money and valuables from the Defendant’s national bank account (Account Number I) in the name of the Defendant and received a bribe of KRW 7,700,000 in total from 18 times until April 12, 2013, by receiving money and valuables, or by receiving money and other valuables from cash account transfer through a total of 18 times during the period from November 12, 2013, at the Gyeongnam-do Port Management Office C branch office of the Gyeong-do Port Management Office, which was located in G, and from H, which was prepared to operate vessel supply business within D, for convenience in guiding and controlling the open port order.

2. Acceptance of bribe by acceptance of entertainment;

A.
