A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant served as the president of the Saemaul Treasury (the total number of 41 employees) located in D from March 2, 2012 to September 26, 2017.

The defendant was recognized to have achieved outstanding management achievements, such as improving the operating income of the above credit cooperative, which had a lot of deficits after being elected as the president of the above credit cooperative. On December 2, 2015, the above credit cooperative was reappointed to the president and carried out the position of the president of the above credit cooperative.
