A and B shall be punished by each fine of KRW 7,00,00,000, Defendant C, D, and E by each fine of KRW 5,000,00.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

F is a person operating company I and J in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Building H, and Defendants A and B hold 35% shares in the above two companies, respectively, and receive reports from the above F on the operation status, etc. of the above two companies, and distributed the profits of the above two companies in proportion to their shares in possession. Defendants C, D, Defendant E, and K are employees of the above two companies; Defendant C is the Internet system management of the above company; Defendant C is the manager of the Schedule management; Defendant D is the accounting of the above company; Defendant E is the receipt of customer complaints from the above company; Defendant E is the management of documents related to customers; and K is the management of the article of the above company and the vehicle operation of the company.

No person shall provide private cars for compensation.

Nevertheless, in collusion with F and K, the Defendants: (a) concluded a contract of carriage with 16 drivers, such as M, by having K, who are employees of the company directly operate the car car in possession of the company; or (b) concluded a contract of carriage with 16 drivers, thereby having Chinese tourists enter the Republic of Korea to sell taxi goods on the Internet through local publicity in China as hotel or duty-free shop; (c) received 10% of the transportation fee as a fee; and (d) conspired to receive money as a fee in return for providing Chinese tourists with a duty-free shop in return for providing them with a fee.

Defendants, in collusion with F and K on January 3, 2017, had NN, who entered into a transportation contract at the Incheon International Airport 1 Passenger Terminal located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport on the Internet through local publicity in China, transport to a hotel or duty-free shop, which is a destination, Chinese tourists, who entered the Republic of Korea as a destination, and received KRW 15,000 to KRW 30,000 from that time to July 5, 2018 as transportation charges, and also received KRW 1.5,000 from that time.
