Nevertheless, the defendant lent and operated the above passenger car owned by the above Gap, and from February 21, 2017 to February 25, 2017, the defendant provided the non-commercial car for transportation for compensation by receiving the fee of KRW 2,000 per person from the luminous shooting distance to February 21, 2017 to the new car located in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
