1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 16, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of a fine of one million won as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Busan District Court, and a fine of 1.5 million won as a same crime in the same court on September 1, 2008.
