Defendant is punished by imprisonment with prison labor for each of the crimes of 2016 order 236 and 2016 order 590 order order, and the crime of 2016 order and 208 order.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor (two months of imprisonment with prison labor and four months of imprisonment with prison labor for crimes Nos. 1 and 2 as indicated in the holding) in the court, which became final and conclusive on June 24, 2016.

On December 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 00:27 around 00:27, in order to purchase raw water, etc. in the vicinity of the D Mart in Chuncheon City, the Defendant was released from female-friendly job offers E, and became aware of the password by asking the breath female under the influence of alcohol.

1. On December 29, 2015, the Defendant: (a) posted E’s physical fitness card at the time of leaving a bank located in Switzerland-si, Chuncheon-si; (b) obtained a password from the automated device installed therein; and (c) transferred KRW 1 million from the E’s national bank account to the Defendant’s bank account.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits of 1 million won by inputting information without authority into a computer or any other information processing device to process information.

2. The Defendant, at around 05:09, posted E’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s e’s bank account.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits of 1.5 million won by inputting information into computers and other information processing devices without authority.

3. The Defendant transferred KRW 1.2 million to the Defendant’s bank account from E’s national bank account to the Defendant’s Korean bank account in the following manner at the convenience store managed by the Defendant who suffered from the unsound damage in the name of No. 2, around the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired economic benefits of 1,200,000 won by inputting information without authority into a computer and other information processing device.
