A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant came to know that a vehicle not locked through the media does not come into contact with any other vehicle, and used this to use it to steal the money and valuables.

1. On January 8, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim C at the front parking lot of 11,307 Dong-dong 11,307 Dong-dong (Dong-dong, Dong-dong) around 01:42, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si on 54, 201; (b) opened a victim C’s Dolst taxi auxiliary string and was in custody in the container wreging house; and (c) committed theft with the victim’s 30,500 tobacco amounting to KRW 13,50,000, total market value.
2. On January 10, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 00:0, the victim E opened a fyplow vehicle auxiliary note in the victim E, which was parked in a second floor parking lot of 91,122-dong, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si (U.S., Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si), and stolen the victim’s 50,000 won worth KRW 28,00,000,000 owned by the victim who was kept in custody in the contact heading.
3. On January 24, 2018, the Defendant: (a) committed theft against the victim G at the first floor parking lot of 12-ro 325, Nam-gu, Busan, Nam-gu, Busan (Large-dong, Puran apartment) around 00:0, the Defendant: (b) opened a driver’s seat of the victim G parked at the victim G, which was parked therein; (c) opened a H K7 riding seat; and (d) cut off with one car of 400,000 won at the market price owned by the victim on his/her assistant seat; and (d) one car of 40,000,000 won at the market price of which approximately 6,50,000,000 won in cash is located.
4. On February 19, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 03:00 on the victim I, J, and K, opened a driver’s seat of the victim I, who was parked in the parking lot adjacent to the building of the Sincheon-gu, Busan (Yancheon-dong and Keeping Apartment-dong) around 100,202, and opened a driver’s seat of the victim I, who was in that place, and was in that place approximately KRW 20,000,000, the market price of the victim J owned by the victim and the back seat of KRW 250,000,000.
