Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 16, 2014, at around 01:45, the Defendant was sent to the police box C and security guards D belonging to the Incheon Samsan Police Station B police box, which became a Si guard due to the problem of taxi drivers and taxi fares in front of the 85-gil-ro 31, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu.

The Defendant explained the procedures, etc. for collecting fees to taxi engineers, and paid taxi charges by card to the above taxi engineer, stating that “whether the taxi driver is not the owner of the taxi fee in the field.”

After that, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault to the police officer who handled the problem of the above charges that the police officer failed to drive the vehicle by blocking the vehicle from driving the vehicle due to a defect in front of the said vehicle; (b) silent the police officer’s request for boarding the vehicle and soliciting the vehicle to board the vehicle; and (c) tried to continue boarding the vehicle after leaving the vehicle on the vehicle by the said police officer; and (d) used the police officer’s desire to have the vehicle on board the vehicle to take the vehicle on board the vehicle; and (c) used the police officer’s body to take the vehicle on the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on crime prevention and patrol.
