2. The reasoning of the judgment of this court citing the judgment of the court of first instance is the same as that of paragraphs (1) and (3) among the grounds of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, it is acceptable by the main sentence of Article 420

3. In conclusion, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and all appeals by the plaintiff and the defendant are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
