Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was living together with B around June 2018 for about three months and has recently been hedging.

B around 19:00 on August 22, 2018, at the Busan Jung-gu Busan, Busan, a police box D police station located in the Busan, Jung-gu, Busan, and requested the personal protection of the police officer, “It is difficult for the defendant to be bullying when living together with the defendant in the past, and the defendant is bullying.”

이에 D 파출소 소속 경찰관인 E은 2018. 8. 22. 19:15 경 부산 중구 F에 있는 B의 집으로 출동하여 피고인을 만 나 B의 집 출입문을 열어 주고 피고인에게 자신의 짐을 챙기고 나올 것을 요청하였으나 피고인은 짐을 챙기지 아니하고 약 15분 동안 E에게 “ 씹새끼, 개새끼, 좆같은 새끼, 죽여 버릴라” 는 등의 욕설을 하면서 양손으로 E의 오른쪽 팔목을 비틀고, 발로 E의 오른쪽 정강이를 1회 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of police officers' duties on the maintenance of public order and prevention of crimes.
