A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On January 20, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the District Court of Jung-gu on January 20, 2009, and a fine of KRW 1.5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seoul Eastern District Court of Seoul on April 1, 201, and is a person engaging in driving of Ku-gu Motor Vehicle B;

On April 4, 2013, at around 22:30, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.186% without a vehicle driver’s license, the said vehicle is driven at a speed of about 30 kilometers per speed of 30 kilometers per hour in the speed of extreme apartment in the direction of extreme apartment in two-way at the two-way distance. 2. An offender shall drive a motor vehicle without a driver's license in a drunken state, such as the date and time stated in paragraph (1), and at the place specified in paragraph (1).

In order to conceal the fact of the occurrence of a traffic accident, the phone calls asked E, who is the person who committed the crime of a fine or heavier punishment, to make the person who committed the crime of a fine or heavier punishment, and let E escape from the person who committed the crime of a fine or heavier punishment on the same day by having him/her feel false confession, and preparing a false statement to E at around 23:35 on the same day, to the effect that he/she caused a traffic accident while driving a police box in South-si, South-si.
