Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was a person engaging in driving of Lone Star Motor Vehicle B; (b) was driving the said motor vehicle around 11:10 on October 7, 2013; (c) while driving the said motor vehicle on a two-lane three-lane road in front of the two-lane 696-4 at the right speed from the port side of the city in Namyang-gu to the speed of about 10km, the Defendant was a three-distance crossing where a signal, etc. is installed; (d) inasmuch as a person engaged in driving the motor vehicle had a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle in accordance with the new subparagraph, the Defendant neglected to drive the motor vehicle, while driving the motor vehicle, and driving the motor vehicle at the speed of the victim C (Nam, 61 years old) who was driving in accordance with the straight-distance signal from the opposite direction due to an occupational negligence in violation of the signal, and suffered an injury such as salt for treatment for about six weeks in front part of the motor vehicle.
