A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Suwon District Court on August 19, 2015, and the judgment became final and conclusive on August 26, 2015.

1. On April 6, 2007, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) and the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) by being sentenced to a fine of one million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), at the Suwon District Court on October 30, 2009, a fine of 3.5 million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at the Suwon District Court on October 30, 2009, and on October 22, 2010, at the Suwon District Court on the site of Sejong District, a fine of four million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license) at least twice.

On July 25, 2015, at around 06:05, the Defendant driven a bus with two highest alcohol level of at least 0.10% under the influence of alcohol level of at least 50 meters, without obtaining a driver's license, from the front of a bus terminal in Ansan-gu, Ansan-si to the front road of the training center distance in Ansan-si.

As a result, the Defendant, who violated two times or more by driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, once again driven the said motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and at the same time drive the said motor vehicle without obtaining a driver's license.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving motor vehicles B;

On July 25, 2015, at around 06:05, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license as above, and proceeded with the roads near the training center distance located in the Hansan-gu Nowon-gu, Ansan-si.

At the time, the lower surface was down and there was a vehicle waiting for the signal at the front direction of the Defendant, so in such a case, the person engaged in the driving of the motor vehicle reduces the speed and booms.
