Criminal facts

The defendant is a person who has been sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for four months in the Suwon District Court, for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on October 18, 2007, for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on August 18, 2007, for six months in prison, for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on August 27, 2008, for six months in prison, for a violation of the Road Traffic Act on June 1, 2012, and for six months in prison and completed the execution of the sentence on November 24, 2012.

1.
