Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the Defendant guilty of the fraud of the victim N among the facts charged in this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and contrary to what is alleged in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors of misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence

Meanwhile, the Defendant appealed to the remaining guilty portion of the judgment below, but there is no indication of the grounds for appeal in the petition of appeal nor any statement of the grounds for appeal in the appellate brief.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
