Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Even if the defendant is married, the defendant had a mind to acquire money by deceiving the victim C by deceiving the victim C, and by deceiving the marriage.

On December 9, 2013, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received two copies of the foreign exchange card and visa card in the name of the victim from the victim, and settled the food value of KRW 14,200 at the Busan Military Limit Industry (State) rest area, around December 9, 2013, and paid approximately KRW 15,137,940 via May 18, 2014, the Defendant, as shown in the List of Crimes (1), did not repay the above card to the victim, but acquired property gains and property equivalent to KRW 24,50,000 in total, including the transfer of KRW 39,637,940,00 to the account under the name of the Defendant and E, as shown in the List of Crimes (2).
