Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On April 19, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the Nam-gu District Court of Gwangju metropolitan on April 19, 2018 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Southern Prison on September 4, 2018.

Around 14:05 on December 11, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a door to a driver’s seat not corrected for a ice-PP car parked in the front of Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) opened a door to the ice-PP car parked therein; and went into the door to the ice-PP car; and (c) committed theft with one set of eight mobile phone mobile phones equivalent to one million won at the market price of the victim C owned by the victim C.

around 21:05 on December 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) opened a string line that did not correct a motor vehicle parked in Suwon-si, Suwon-si; (b) opened a string line that did not correct the motor vehicle parked therein; and (c) cut off with a string line 1 punishment that is equivalent to 400,000 won of the market price owned by the victim E; (b) Paris 1 punishment that is equivalent to 140,000 won of the market price owned by the victim E; (c) one punishment that is equivalent to 60,000 won of the market price; and (d) one punishment that is equivalent to 180,000 won of the market price; and (d) one punishment that is equal to 40,000 won of the market price, which is 150,000 won of the market price.

The defendant of "2019 Highest 1203" is the member of the homeland reserve forces belonging to the Gu Reserve Forces in Gwangju-si.

The members of the reserve forces shall not make the person of unknown domicile registered because he/she fails to file a resident registration report without any justifiable reason so that a muster notice may not be delivered.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on October 15, 2018, moved from Gwangju-si H to non-commercial area below Suwon-si, but failed to report his/her domicile to the competent authority without justifiable grounds, thereby making his/her domicile known to be registered unknown on January 3, 2019.

1. On October 8, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime against Victim I: around 14:00 on October 8, 2018, entered the victim I’s house located in the Gyeonggi-siJ in Gwangju-si; and intrudes into the window located in the victim I’s house in the Gyeonggi-si, Gwangju-si; and one point for male finger-si, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 300,000,000, the market price in the Ansan-si.
