A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

"2019 Highest 1115"

1. Around 10:00 on September 5, 2019, the Defendant entering a residence was entering the victim C’s residence located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Seongbuk-gu Bpublic notice youth, and was into the victim’s residence through a visit that had not been corrected by means of theft of property, and infringed on the victim’s residence.

2. The Defendant stolen the victim’s property by taking out 120,000 won in cash (2 50,000 won, 2 10,000 won) owned by the victim on the date and time, and at the same place as in paragraph (1).

3. At night, around 00:30 on September 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s residence through a visit, which was not corrected by the victim’s think of theft; and (b) obstructed the victim’s residence; and (c) obstructed the victim’s property by following the victim’s double cover money, etc., which had been living in the same place as Paragraph (1). However, the Defendant did not commit attempted crimes without having any money or other valuables.

The defendant is the member of the reserve forces belonging to Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, the 2019 Highest 1185.

1. On March 1, 2018, the Defendant was unable to participate in the training even after receiving a notice of a call-up for training in the name of the commander of the unit 32 of the unit 1607 unit 32 of the Army, which was conducted at the training site of the 166-1 reserve forces, from March 12, 2018 to March 15, 2018 at the Defendant’s address located in the Gangseo-si E Apartment apartment.

Accordingly, the defendant did not receive the training of members of the reserve forces without justifiable grounds.

2. From March 2018 to May 2018, the Defendant: (a) moved his/her domicile from the domicile of the said apartment to the irregular branch of Seoul (hereinafter referred to as “Seoul”); (b) but (c) failed to report the details thereof; and (d) thereby making his/her unknown domicile registered around November 27, 2018.

Accordingly, when the defendant moves his place of residence, he is registered of unknown domicile because he fails to report to the Mayor, etc. without any justifiable reason, so that he can receive a notice of call for training.
