Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for rape in the Busan District Court on April 9, 2012, and the execution of the sentence was terminated in the Jinju prison on October 13, 2015. On November 29, 2017, the Ulsan District Court sentenced to one year of suspended sentence for perjury to three months and became final and conclusive on December 7, 2017, and the Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A

A. On May 8, 2017, at around 18:00, the Defendant: (a) conspiredd with F to purchase mecophophones (hereinafter “copon”); (b) KRW 200,000 from F in the same place to purchase mecopon; and (c) purchased mecopons from F; and (d) purchased 200,000 won from G at any hospital located in the Young-gu, Young-gu, Changwon-si; (b) around the same day, the Defendant purchased 20,000 won in total from F; and (b) in collusion with G by receiving approximately 1g of meopon, which is contained in the mecopon from G, with L.

B. On May 8, 2017, the Defendant, along with F, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.03 to 0.07g of philophones each time among philophones purchased from G, as set forth in paragraph 1-A, at one room located in the Busan East-gu, Busan-si, and then inserting them into a single-use injection machine and in injection of clophones.

2) On May 10, 2017, the Defendant, together with F, B, J, and G, administered phiphones by inserting approximately 0.03 to 07gs each of them into a single-use injection unit and inserting them into a raw water, respectively.

3) In May 2017, the Defendant administered a phiphone in a way that junculon was injected into a junculous melting juncule in a single juncule, 0.03 to 0.07g, in any juncule located near the beginning of the Gyeongnam-si, Gyeongnam-si.

4) On August 2017, the Defendant, together with B, was Busan Sik-si.
