A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 14, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Cheongju District Court's Jeju District Court's Jeju District Court's Jeju District Court's branch on February 26, 2014.

1. On September 4, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 07:30, the victim J (Nam, 50 years of age) who is a police officer belonging to the Daejeon Police Station I Zone of Daejeon, who was dispatched after receiving a report from the said G at the place in which the said G, restaurant customers, etc. are heard; and (b) the said G, restaurant visitors, etc. are heard.
