1. The Defendant’s KRW 12,965,710 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from January 23, 2013 to November 13, 2015.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. On January 23, 2013, from around 15:00 to 15:30, the Defendant: (a) destroyed a house, such as a fat, fat, fat, fat, and fat, operated by the Plaintiff in Busan City, to the extent that the Plaintiff did not have any justifiable reason under the influence of drinking, while drinking together with drinking, and drinking together with other fats; (b) was upon drinking; (c) was fatd; (d) was fatd; (d) was fatd; and (e) was fatd with the consignee; and (e) was fatd with a fat; and (e) was fatd with the market price owned by the Plaintiff, thereby impairing the utility of the property.

B. According to the above facts of recognition, since the defendant inflicted an injury on the plaintiff as a tort, the defendant is liable to compensate the plaintiff for the damages incurred therefrom.
2. The scope of the liability for damages shall apply the daily wage of an ordinary urban person, and the amount shall be calculated according to the discount method which deducts the interim interest at the rate of 5/12 per month at the time of the accident of the amount of damages.
(1) Calculation of lost income by applying 100% of the loss rate of labor capacity from the date of the accident to February 14, 2012, which is the date of the completion of hospital treatment, to February 14, 2012, shall be calculated based on the calculation of lost income by applying the loss rate of labor capacity to 100%: 81,443 won x 23 days x 0.958 x 10% x 1,865,000 won 2) due to a temporary disability for two years from the date of appraisal of lost income for two years from December 11, 2014, which is the date of appraisal of lost income.
