around 18:00 on May 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) at the victim D’s office located in Soyang-gu C building 403, Goyang-gu, Soyang-gu; (b) at the victim D’s office located in said office, 42,00 won of the market price owned by the victim and stolen it.
