Punishment of the crime

1. From July 15, 2015, the Defendant: (a) was equipped with the two buildings located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government in the second floor with the trade name of “D” (the installation of shower facilities); and (b) placed female employees, such as B (E), F, and G, on condition that half of the amount of commercial sex acts are paid; (c) placed female employees on the condition that they are paid half of the amount of commercial sex acts; (d) received 10-130,000 won from many unspecified customers who had found the said business; and (e) had them receive 10-130,000 won from the unspecified number of customers who had found the said business; and (e) caused the said female employees to engage in similar acts by using the hand, which is a part of their body, and (e) placed in the said business around October 22:40, 2015 on the ground that he/she received the similarity between 100,000 won and 257.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. The Defendant committed an act of similarity under employment of a business owner A on condition that half of the price of sexual traffic is paid at the business establishments listed in subparagraphs 1 through 24, 2015. On October 26, 2015, around 21:20, Defendant 2: (a) found the above business establishment around October 26, 2015 and received KRW 100,000 from a non-registered customer, and used a part of the body, and used a hand-on to scam the sexual flag of the customer in hand; and (b) committed an act of similarity in the same way eight times in total between October 24, 2015 and October 26, 2015.

Accordingly, the defendant committed sexual traffic.
