Punishment of the crime

The defendant, around 18:30 on March 5, 2013, on the road front of the house of the victim D (the age of 46) located in Yong-do C, Jeonnam-do around 18:30 on the same year.

1. 30.경 주민들이 보는 앞에서 피고인에게 “윷놀이를 방해하지 말라”는 등의 욕설을 하며 망신을 준 사실에 화가 나 피해자에게 “네가 나를 이렇게 해놓고 온전히 살 수가 있는지 두고 보겠다. 너가 못 살든가 내가 못 살든가 하나는 못 살어. 눈깔을 파버리겠다, 안경 벗고 해, 내가 너 갈겨 불테니까”라고 말하는 등 피해자의 신체에 어떠한 위해를 가할 듯한 태도를 보여 피해자를 협박하였다.
