A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Military Service Act from the Daejeon District Court's Branch on October 21, 2016, and was sentenced to two years of suspended execution on October 29, 2016, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 29, 2016 and is currently under suspended execution.

The social service personnel shall not leave their service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds, but the Defendant, from August 1, 2017 to October 1, 2017, failed to work at the above workplace for at least eight days in total, except for holidays, and left from their service without justifiable grounds.

In addition, even though a suspended sentence is being imposed for a violation of the Military Service Act due to a violation of Article 89-2 subparag. 1 of the pertinent Act regarding criminal facts, due to the renunciation of the reason for sentencing, the crime of this case is committed, the defendant's mistake is recognized and against the defendant is committed, there is no record of criminal punishment for a crime other than a violation of the Military Service Act, and other various sentencing conditions such as the defendant's age, sex, family relation, family environment, motive and means of the crime, and circumstances after the crime shall be determined as ordered by taking into account the following factors:
