A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

1. On November 4, 2017, around 14:36, the Defendant stolen the victim’s second basement F of E department stores located in Daegu Jung-gu, and the victim’s second floor F of E department stores, by posting a Stick in a display room to prevent any theft labeling on the goods in a display room. The Defendant stolen the victim’s second floor F with one opon 6S distribution room in an amount equivalent to KRW 139,00 in the market price.

2. 피고인은 같은 날 14:41 경 위 장소에서, 같은 방법으로 시가 59,000원 상당의 USB-C 충전 어댑터 1개를 가지고 가 이를 절취하였다.

3. On November 13, 2017, the Defendant stolen an USB-C charging cable equivalent to the market price of 42,000 won in the same manner at the above location around 13:56, Nov. 13, 2017.

On February 2, 2018, at around 11:45, the Defendant: (a) carried the victim’s property by inserting the amount equivalent to KRW 139,000 at the Victim C’s C’s cocococo-owned, displayed at the first floor store underground, located in Daegu Northern-gu G; (b) around 11:53 on the same day, at around 11:53, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property by inserting the amount equivalent to KRW 2,90,00 at the victim’s 2,00 per share of drinking water displayed at the second floor store below the said lot.

5. On February 3, 2018, around 16:45, the Defendant stolen the victim’s property by putting the victim’s property in his/her clothes the amount equivalent to KRW 27,00, and the amount equivalent to KRW 5,000 at the beginning breabbed 1 market price of KRW 27,00, and the amount equivalent to KRW 5,000, of beverages in his/her clothes.
