A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and the Road Traffic Act and the accused are engaged in driving cars B;

Around 22:00 on March 8, 2014, while the Defendant driven the said vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.170%, and was driving the said vehicle to the national highways of 7 North Korea from the north-west of the Namcheon-gun, Namcheon-gun, North Korea, North Korea due to the flow of the Hanyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, the Defendant: (a) due to the negligence that the Defendant was unable to operate the steering gear accurately under the influence of alcohol to the extent that it is difficult to drive the steering gear accurately due to the influence of alcohol; (b) while driving the said vehicle at the front part of the said vehicle, the Defendant suffered about 1 week medical treatment for the said vehicle; and (c) obtained about 22 years of age from the Hanyang-gun-gun, Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, North Korea; and (d) managed the said national land management office at the same time, and at the same time, caused the damage of the said central repair 104,000 won.

2. The Defendant is a person who has violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act (hereinafter “Motor Vehicle Accident Compensation Act”).

On March 8, 2014, at around 21:40 on the same day, the Defendant driven the car without being covered by mandatory insurance at approximately KRW 20km from the section of about 20km to the distance between South Yangyang-gun, Yangyang-gun, the point of accident specified in paragraph (1), from the front of the food village in the Seocho-si, Seocho-si, Gangwon-si, Gangwon-do, to the point of accident specified in paragraph (1).
