A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

피고인은 2019. 10. 27. 22:25경 부산 금정구 B건물, 2층에 있는 C노래방에서 그곳 업주인 D과 술값 문제로 말다툼 하던 중, 112신고를 받고 출동한 부산금정경찰서 E지구대 소속 경사 F, 순경 G가 당시 상황을 파악하는 과정에서 재떨이를 들어 위 G를 때리려고 하고, "이 짭새 새끼들 전부 칼로 찔러 죽이겠다."라고 큰소리로 말하면서 위 노래방을 뛰쳐나가 부산 금정구 H에 있는 자신의 주거지에 들어가려는 것을 추격하여 제지한 위 F의 정강이를 발로 1회 걷어 차 폭행하였다.
