Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Around July 2009, the Defendant: (a) borrowed KRW 50 million from a financial institution on July 29, 2009 to B, who was a pet at the time of port; and (b) remitted KRW 49,80,000 to D, a land seller on the same day; and (c) completed the registration of ownership transfer of the said land in the name of B on October 209, after directly preparing a contract for sale and purchase of real estate with D and D.

Since the Defendant continued to pay interest on the above loan even after hedging around 2013, when it was difficult for him to cope with interest, the Defendant paid interest on the above loan instead of interest to B. However, the Defendant merely intended to pay interest in the event that the profit accrues from selling the above land, but did not pay interest, and did not pay interest. In order to purchase land, the bank borrowed KRW 50 million from the bank and remitted KRW 49.8 million to the bank, and purchased the land in B's name.
