A around December 2010, when lending money to pay interest on loans borrowed from Defendant B as security from the land owned by Defendant B, he/she immediately sold the said land and returned it to Defendant B by borrowing KRW 160,000,000 from his/her own forest land as security, and the said money was not returned to Defendant B, and the lender of the said forest land was at a risk of having been sold to the said forest land.
Accordingly, Defendant A purchased land from Victim F and developed it with Defendant B, and obtained Defendant B’s consent to compensate for the above losses with the development gains, and Defendant C and Defendant C, as well as Defendant C, and Defendant B, as a purchaser of the land. Defendant B took charge of the development projects including various authorizations and permissions, and Defendant C agreed to jointly carry out the project by borrowing the land to be purchased in the name of female and executing the fund.

In addition, when the ownership of the above land is transferred, 250,000 won shall be used as security.
