A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 22, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) in the Busan District Court's branch branch, and the sentence of two years of probation was finalized on November 1, 2017.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a BMW car.

1. On June 15, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 20:25, the Busan metropolitan traffic Daegu (hereinafter referred to as the “Non-license”) to around 4.5km from the roads in the Busan metropolitan traffic Daegu (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul metropolitan traffic Daegu”) to the roads in front of the elementary school distributed in the Nam-gu, Busan.

2. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or the Do Governor's Award) and a violation of the Road Traffic Act (or any subsequent action after an accident) were driven by the Defendant at a speed that would not be known by one lane of the three-lanes of the three-lanes of the two-lanes in front of an elementary school distributed in the south-gu Busan Metropolitan City Yong-dong at the end of the day referred to in the preceding paragraph.

At the time of night, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely, such as reducing speed and accurately manipulating the steering gear, etc. by properly examining the traffic situation on the front-side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and caused the damage to the front part of the pertinent car, which was at the time of the suspension in accordance with the FSP car that was driven by the victim E (hereinafter referred to as 51 years old) prior to the suspension in accordance with the FSP car that was driven by the FSP car, and due to the shock, the Defendant got the front part of the HPP car which was driven by the victim G (27 years old) who was under the suspension in front.

Ultimately, the Defendant’s negligence in performing the above duties, thereby causing injury to the victim E, such as base salt, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and injury to the victim G, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.
