Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Korean commercial 4.5 tons truck truck vehicle.

On September 28, 2019, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle on September 28, 2019, and proceeded at a speed of about 86.4 to 95.5km in the speed of about 79.2km in the direction of the Incheon East-do Highway, which is located in the direction of the Dong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Seocheon-si.
