A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 1, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Sung-nam Branch of Suwon District Court for the violation of the Road Traffic Act.

On October 19, 2019, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven a DSS3 car from approximately 2.2 km from the front of the B apartment in Echeon-si to the front of C in the same city under the influence of alcohol content of 0.159%.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from DSS3) is a person engaging in driving a car.

On October 19, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car at around 00:15, and turned down the two-lane road of 31, 2285-gil, according to the Gyeongcheon-si Gyeongcheon-si, at a speed of about 50 km per hour from the west bank to the west bank, depending on two-lanes.
