Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Where a defendant fails to pay a fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexton car.

On December 9, 2014, at around 17:15, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.160% of alcohol concentration 0.160%. On December 9, 2014, the Defendant proceeded one-lane prior to the Dongbcheon-do, Gyeonggi-do, with a biochemical-dong-dong-si.

In this case, the driver engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to reduce the speed and properly manipulate the brake and steering gear to operate the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant got two street trees installed in front of the said car and two telegraphs successively due to the negligence of leaving the road on the right side by neglecting it.

Accordingly, the Defendant caused the victim D (the age of 37) who was accompanied by the above occupational negligence to receive approximately 767,40 street trees in an amount of 767,40 won at the market price managed by the victim Dongbcheon Viewing and damaged the above D-owned car to be 16,020,628 won at the cost of repair, such as exchange of the front driver.

2. The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.160% at the above temporary border, driven the said Grandton car from the roads of Dongducheon-si, Gyeonggi-do to the roads of Dongducheon-si, Gyeonggi-do.
